Bevan Newton the Manager, oversees every detail of the menu selection and the evenings proceedings and in conjunction with you, will devise a menu which perfectly matches your requirements and budget.
This will be a wedding celebration for you and your guests to remember

Pre Dinner Drinks and Cocktail Food

As guests arrive they are offered a selection of beverages from the bar together with cocktail food, served butler style.

This would usually be for one to one and a half hours.

Wedding Breakfast

Guests are then invited to be seated in the main function room. 
The Master of Ceremonies  welcomes the guests on behalf of the bride and groom and advise them of how the evening will proceed,eg when the speeches are, plus any house keeping items.

Following this either the Wedding Buffet  or the Set Menu is served.
With the buffet meal the bridal group have the choice of either being served at their table or selecting from the buffet.

After the bridal group have been served the Maitre 'D will arrange either sevice of the set menu or for each table
of guests to proceed through to the buffet.

At Miramar Links there is always plenty of food and guests are encouraged to
have second helpings from the buffet.

Between the main course and dessert is an ideal time to have speeches and the ceremonial cutting of the wedding cake.

Dessert Selection

The choices for desserts are endless.
You can have a selection of desserts served at the buffet or choose just one dessert which is plated and served to the tables by the waiting staff.
One of the benefits of selecting one dessert is that your guests only have to get up once to the buffet.

Here we have shown the Cardomom and Orange Panna Cotta that is listed on the sample buffet menu
It is surrounded by a berry fruit couli and a moat of passion fruit couli. 

This is a deliciously light dessert and great way to end the wedding breakfast.

Tea and Coffee

Freshly brewed Coffee and a selection of Twining's Teas are served buffet style to enable your guets to have tea or coffee when ever they want.

Entertainment

After dinner its time for dancing.
The bride and groom would normally have the first dance and then its time for all your guests to join in and enjoy the celebrations

We have several bands or DJ's which we can recomend to you.

Refreshments

Being fully licenced a full range of beverages is available to you.

The Bar licence is until 12 midnight.
